Hi and welcome to my blog.
I have been trying to make sense of the world, when I say make sense, I mean sense to me. I believe that difference can be a beautiful thing but managed the wrong way it can be equally destructive, disparity exists between all of us, regardless of origin or choice. Too often we view difference negatively when perhaps it isn’t negative at all. We get wrapped up in what we know or rather, what we think we know. We all do this as a kind of default. What if we understood that everyone did this? We all view the world from our perspectives, our truth.
I have called this site ‘no 1 truth’. I believe there is no single truth. The title should not be confused with the ‘number one truth’. Our truth comes from how we frame the world in which we live. Many factors can shape it, these factors can vary depending on choice, origin, experience or expectation.
Truth is a highly personal experience changing dramatically from one person to another. How many times have you experienced a misunderstanding with someone? Poor communications aside, it is possibly a result of both parties having different truths. I will explore this further in blogs to come.

I share my thoughts on happiness. I have studied happiness quite extensively and have written my theory on how to achieve this mystical state. It is not intended to be a blueprint as I do not believe a blueprint for everyone to find happiness can ever exist. Happiness, like truth, is different for all of us. The Happiness Index is simply a tool to help you find out what makes you happy and what you can do to be live a more satisfying life.
I will update this site regularly by adding more thoughts, research, concepts, as well as the studies of others. I will also renew certain subjects by replacing what I have written on this site. So, some parts will be added to, and some parts will be replaced. I will present it all in bite-sized chunks for you to ponder on. I hope you enjoy reading it, but more than that, I genuinely hope it helps you in some way.
